In Memory Of Sandy

REMEMBERING SANDY LEONE

Myrtle Beach Harley-Davidson would like to thank everyone for your kind words, and sharing your loving thoughts and memories of Sandy. We will miss her everyday. She will never be forgotten. She will forever live on in our hearts! We continue to pray for healing and comfort for Mouse and Ms Katie.

Please, if you haven’t done so, take a moment and select the link below to share your thoughts and memories of Sandy.

If you would like to honor Sandy’s memory further, feel free to make a special donation in Sandy's name to the Histiocytosis Association of America. Sandy was very involved in this organization and was dear to her heart. Sadly, Sandy lost two children to this rare disease.

Histiocytosis is a rare blood disease that is caused by an excess of white blood cells called histiocytes. In some ways, histiocytosis is similar to cancer. The vast majority of people diagnosed with histiocytosis are children under the age of 10, but it is also found in adults of all ages.

It is approximated that histiocytosis affects 1 in 200,000 children born each year in the United States. This illness is so rare, there is little research into its cause and treatment, and it is often referred to as an "orphan disease," meaning it strikes too few people to generate government - supported research.

Help us continue Sandy’s Legacy of Giving!
