Dear Mr. Sopp, Thank you so much for being so nice to me on my families visit to your great store. My name is Clayton Truman, you had my dad take a picture of me on the 2010 Wideglide sitting in front of the store. That picture is the best vacation photo we have and the one we have shown off the most as well! You asked me to e-mail you my address and I am also sending a picture of me on my dads 2003 Roadking. "I had sent in a request for the new sportster 48 online and within a few days Juan Salcedo called me and said they were coming in. As soon as they got one he said he would contact me, i am not sure but i think it was a few weeks later that he had got one in and to stop by. I was not able to go look at the bike due to my work schedule but he called me about once a week to let me be aware they still had the bike and to come stop in to see it. I didn't mind at all that he was calling, i was sure that this was the bike for me. I had looked at some other bike dealers around the area before and during the myrtle beach bike week and they didn't want to work with me therefore I waited for bike week to start and took a ride to the north myrtle beach location to see if the 48 was still there. Fourtnately it was and I loved it. I finally got to meet Juan and he was one of the nicest salesman i have meet in a long time. Juan was down to earth, honest and in he should be rewarded for that. "

"On Saturday 5/9 we visited your store at Broadway at the beach. My husband purchased a pair of riding goggles from Lamar. The staff recommended a lens kit so that the lens would transition from day to night. After we left the store we walked around for 30 minutes or so. As we were walking back to our bike to leave Lamar was waiting for us at our bike. He told us that after we left the store they were checking the goggles to see why they didn't come with the extra set of lenses. They realized that the lenses transitioned on their own and we didn't need the extra lens that they sold to us. They told us that we could return the lenses for our money back. We thought the service went above and beyond. Not many stores would have a sales person come and find you to tell you that they sold you something that you didn't need. Also, being a Harley customer for years I also know that even with a receipt most places just make an exchange but never give you your money back. I think Lamar and the staff at the store that day needs a big pat on the back for their customer service!"

"Marty and the Service guys were able to look at and fix my softail Deluxe on the first (and very busy) day of MBBW 2007 within 4-5 hours. It was my very first Bike week. On the first day of riding and my power commander developed a problem. They were able to look at the bike, diagnose, and fix it the same day. I WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL. "I stopped by your dealership while I was on vacation for bike week. I had blown a speaker on my flhx which was under warranty, and it was put on order in Maryland. The outstanding service that was provided to me by Marty Rhoades was one of the great things that occurred on my trip. I had just stopped in to get a T shirt and a friend needed a screw for a muffler which he lost trying to keep up with my hog. I asked about the speaker, and Marty made arrangements for me to have the speaker installed the very next morning. It was unbelievable. When I picked up my bike it was clean , and I had my music to finish off the short vacation. I was able to enjoy my music for the ride back to Maryland. WHen Marty looked up the part number and pulled the speaker out of the stock one of your other workers had already put the screw on for my friend. "While on vacation, I walked into your dealership with the intentions of buying a few t-shirts, but I walked out with a brand new Sportster! The overall experience was wonderful! It was great to see so many people so excited to see me get my bike. I knew what I wanted, but hadn't found it until I walked inside. My only concern was getting it back to Indiana!
