4 October 2005: Pipe Hitters Union makes first public appearance at the 2005 Myrtle Beach Fall Bike Rally!

We at Pipe Hitters Union would like to thank all the great people at the Myrtle Beach Rally who visited our booth, and heard about our way of life. Considering that it was our first event, it was a great success. We were able to bring attention to what PHU is all about. We were able to tell them about the life we promote, and the mission of the Man Down Foundation.

Hello Sandy: Thank you for your work in developing the Myrtle Beach Fall Rally. I have been attending this rally for the past several years and my expectations of this event were always conservative. It basically was a nice little diversion to help subsidize the transport our fleet from New England to Florida. No longer is this the case. The Fall Rally has grown from a two day event into a legitimate five day rally. This year we enjoyed steady rental activity starting Wednesday through the entire event. This change is extremely important to us because it generates a steady flow of revenue and thus prevents a scenario whereby we have to significantly increase our rates during a two day period. Basically, it creates a situation where we can create a positive experience for our customer by offering excellent service at fair rates.

Myrtle Beach has become my favorite rally! I love the area, the people and climate in October is outstanding. Best Wishes for continued success, Mike Bessette, American Road Collection.

We here at Mountain Boss Hoss Cycles have been at Barefoot Landing 3 times in two years and are going back for the Spring Show this year. We have been very pleased with the courtesy and cooperation that Sandy Leone has extended to us. The lot is very well organized and traffic there or should I add quality of traffic is excellent. There are good draws located there with nice shops and a couple good restaurants located at the mini mall that shares the parking lot that we set up in.

To the Vendor Staff at Myrtle Beach Harley Davidson: I would like to commend the entire rally staff for the way they run the rally. Setup is always a breeze and the way they handle the traffic flow of all the vendor's customers is unbelievable, I am right at the entrance and get to see them in action all day everyday and there composure is exceptional even when they are dealing with inconsiderate customers. The whole staff is very easy to work with and they go out of there way to help. I have made some good friends at Myrtle Beach Harley and look forward to seeing them every year.
